Multi-axis CNC milling
Complex housings, brackets, contours and multi-face features with fewer setups.
Machines & metrology
This page is structured around what customers need to verify: the machining process, the features each equipment category supports, the inspection method and the records available with shipment.
Match equipment to my drawingMachining equipment
Overseas engineers want to know whether a supplier can hold the required relationships between features—not just how many machines are on the floor.

Complex housings, brackets, contours and multi-face features with fewer setups.
Shafts, sleeves, bushings, adapters and rotational components with controlled fits.
Deburring, cleaning, finishing coordination, assembly preparation and protective packing.
Process library
These process references help buyers compare likely routes. In-house equipment, approved partners, tolerances and documentation are confirmed against the RFQ before commitment.

Housings, brackets, plates and multi-face precision features

Shafts, sleeves, pins, bushings and rotational interfaces

Conductive materials, narrow slots, hardened parts and intricate profiles

Sheet profiles, panels, blanks and fabricated-part preparation

Repeat-volume near-net-shape parts after tooling and property review

Inspection equipment
CMM, optical systems and bench tools serve different feature types. The inspection method and report scope should be agreed before production begins.
Dimensional verification of critical geometry, datums and drawing-defined features.
Non-contact review for selected edges, profiles and smaller features.
Calipers, micrometers, gauges and height measurement for in-process and final checks.

| Category | What to publish | Why buyers care |
|---|---|---|
| CNC machines | Brand, model, axis count, travel, spindle, quantity | Part envelope, access, capacity and continuity |
| Inspection | Brand, model, range, accuracy, calibration status | Measurement suitability and traceable evidence |
| Supporting equipment | Cleaning, deburring, surface and packaging controls | Finish protection and repeatability after machining |
Next content input: provide MINGYU’s real equipment inventory and photos. We will replace the references and publish only verified capacities.
Send the drawing, not just a part photo.
We will align machining access and inspection approach with the critical features.
