Overseas engineers want to know whether a supplier can hold the required relationships between features—not just how many machines are on the floor.

These process references help buyers compare likely routes. In-house equipment, approved partners, tolerances and documentation are confirmed against the RFQ before commitment.

Inspection equipment

Measurement planned from the drawing.

CMM, optical systems and bench tools serve different feature types. The inspection method and report scope should be agreed before production begins.

Coordinate measurement

Dimensional verification of critical geometry, datums and drawing-defined features.

Optical & profile inspection

Non-contact review for selected edges, profiles and smaller features.

Bench measurement

Calipers, micrometers, gauges and height measurement for in-process and final checks.
